All orders will be despatched via DPD.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

All of our products can be delivered to the countries listed below and are charged according to destination. You must select the correct delivery charges based on the delivery address & the number of pairs ordered prior to checkout.

Remember your delivery may also be subject to Customs charges, over which we have no control, and which must be borne by you.

Henry James Shoes cannot be held accountable for any delays in customs clearance. Remember all Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and fall payable to the appropriate department prior to delivery.

LATE DELIVERIES

Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. First check to see if your item has already been despatched by checking your despatch email and logging on to your advised courier. If you feel it is severely overdue then please call customer services on 0800 876 6001 Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:00 quoting your order reference number.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, JCB, Maestro cards and Paypal. You confirm that the credit/debit card is yours. Your order will be converted by the credit card company at the exchange rate prevailing when the charge is made. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer, if authorisation is refused we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to delay any order for a security review.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

Henry James Shoes do not provide a free returns service for any orders outside the UK and any charges, including customs fees, incurred for returning goods back to us are the responsibility of the customer. We will refuse delivery of any goods returned to us where customs fees have NOT been paid. We will not reimburse the postal charges for returning an item or refund the original delivery charge unless that item is being refunded because it is faulty or has been sent to you in error.

We strongly recommend that the recipient use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery from a reputable carrier, retaining the receipt until the recipient has received credit for the returned items. We will only refund an item if it is returned to us within 28 Days of receipt. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. If you intend to return an item, please advise us by emailing info@henryjamesshoes.com as soon as possible.

The goods must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE POLICY

Henry James Shoes do NOT offer an exchange for any orders shipped outside the UK Mainland. Items may be returned using the returns policy described above for a refund of the items purchased.

Customers requiring alternative items will be required to place a new order that will include the international delivery charge.

JURISDICTION

The website is controlled and operated in the UK. These terms and conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with or arising out of the website or any order you place on the website.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these terms and conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
