HOW TO LOOK AFTER YOUR SHOES
We advise you to wear your new shoes/boots on a carpeted area before wearing them outside for the first time to assess comfort and suitability.
Items will not be accepted for return where there are signs of wear.
LEATHER ADVICE
Leather should not be worn in the wet when new.
Leather is porous allowing the feet to breathe and should not be regarded as being waterproof.
Leather, when wet, should never be dried by direct heat.
Suede should be treated with a rain protector before use; avoid getting suede wet.
CLEANING YOUR SHOES
We advise you to use a suitable wax or cream dressing, with a suitable rain protector before wearing your new shoes, patent leather can be cleaned with a soft cloth, suede can be brushed gently with a suede brush.
REPAIRS
We do not advise alterations to shoes or the attachment of additional outer soles.
