Where a reduced price is shown on sale items, the item(s) have been on sale at the higher price for at least 28 days.
Reduced items will show both the “was” and “now” prices.
Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and do not include delivery charges.
After you have placed an order with us we will send you a confirmation email. This email is a confirmation and acceptance of your order.
If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email and refund when necessary.
Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of your order via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Please note that despatch estimates are not guaranteed and that despatch times should not be relied upon as such.

We can deliver your order to an address of your choice but remember the order must be signed for.

We make every effort to ensure your goods are carefully despatched to you, and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you have cause for dissatisfaction you may return them to us.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and returned within 28 days of receipt. You must include your receipt and/or delivery documents as proof of purchase

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days starting from the day after the goods are delivered (the cooling off period) in which to cancel this agreement.

We have made every effort to ensure that the products are fairly described, that the product information is correct and that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colour you see will vary with the quality of your monitor we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the colour of the product requested on delivery.
Sizes are in English, unless otherwise stipulated, and are calibrated as near to average as possible. However as the size and fitting of each shoe varies according to last and design we recommend that you try your new shoes on a carpeted area before wearing for the first time as we cannot be held responsible for ill fitting shoes. You should also bear in mind that we cannot cater for every shape of foot and it is your own responsibility to ensure the correct size is purchased. We will not accept any return of goods that show signs of wear.
If for any reason you have cause for dissatisfaction with the goods you may return them to us (see the returns policy and procedures laid out on this website).
We may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the website and the services we provide, including limits to the size and number of any messages that may have been sent, or the duration that any message may be stored on our website.
